Gandpar - "That's just like Downtown".  Not sure where Dad got this one but when something goes really smoothly, fits just right, happens without a hitch... you say "That's just like Downtown."  We laugh and say it so often now working on projects and cars that the boys and I just say "Wow...that reminds me of someplace... I can't remember where... but it's someplace... aghhhh, what is that place?'.
